Information you may provide
Depending on the version and features you use, information may include account details associated with Google sign-in, preferences, bookmarks, practice progress, test history, and messages you send to support. Do not send passwords or sensitive health information through support channels.
How information may be used
Information may be used to provide app features, save progress where sync is enabled, respond to support requests, maintain security, diagnose errors and improve reliability. The exact purposes must be confirmed against the release build.
Cloud services and sharing
The app source includes Google sign-in and Firebase/Firestore-related functionality. Where enabled, information may be processed by Google services under their applicable terms and privacy practices. The operator should list all other SDKs, analytics, advertising and payment providers actually included in the release. Do not claim that data is never shared until this has been audited.
Retention and deletion
Retention depends on the data type and enabled service. To request help with account or data deletion, email support.gulfnurse@gmail.com from the account email and describe the request. The owner must document the actual deletion path, backup retention and any legal exceptions before launch.
Children
Gulf Nurse is intended for people preparing for nursing exams, not specifically for children. The operator should verify age requirements and the applicable rules for the markets where the app is distributed.
Security and changes
Reasonable safeguards should be used to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security. This policy may be updated as the app changes. The effective date will be updated when a revised policy is published.
